WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

HALIM has no return policy unless there are noticeable defects on our ends: Returnable items are allowed within 7 days from when you receive your order.

All refunds are processed in the original currency of the order to the original method of payment, excluding any shipping costs or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes. Any conversion loss will not be covered within the refund process.

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable and HALIM does not cover the cost of return shipping.

Changes are available for alternative sizes only, given that the item is returned within 7 days. No exchanges will be returned after 7 days..

Item(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all the tags remaining in place within 7 days of purchase date. Any returned items after 7 days will not be accepted.

Once a return arrives on site it will take a few days for us to confirm that the item was returned undamaged and in a good condition. we aim to process returns as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 10 days after it's delivered back to us for your item to be refunded.

​​If an item is returned and appears to be worn you may be charged a cleaning fee and only receive a partial refund/store credit.

How long will it take till I receive my order?

7-14 working days to process your items and get it shipped and delivered to your doorstep. Only eligible for RTW.

( 2-3 WEEKS ) MAXIMUM for the PRE-ORDER. Each item is carefully hand stitched and curated, but we will try our best to complete the orders as soon as we can.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
